Carbonell occupies the northwestern corner of Brickell Key at 901 Brickell Key Boulevard, completed in 2005 by Swire Properties and designed by J. Scott Architecture. The building is named for the Cuban modernist sculptor Manuel Carbonell, and an original bronze work by the artist stands at the entrance.
