About Three Tequesta Point

Three Tequesta Point is the last of the three Tequesta Point towers to be built, completed in 2001 (construction began in 1998) by Swire Properties and designed by J. Scott Architecture. Rising 46 floors at the northeastern tip of Brickell Key, it contains 236 residences in one- through three-bedroom layouts, with floor plans between roughly 1,087 and 3,830 square feet.

As the tallest of the three Tequesta towers, Three Tequesta Point offers some of the most complete amenities on the island, including a two-story fitness center with racquetball and squash, a bayside pool deck, and a tennis court — a rare feature on Brickell Key. Views include Biscayne Bay to the east and the Miami skyline to the west.

Three Tequesta Point is my recommendation for buyers who want a balanced profile: solid price point, good amenities, pet-friendly, and reliable rental demand. It’s not the newest building on the island, but it’s been well-maintained and offers strong value relative to Asia or Carbonell at comparable square footage.

It’s also a great entry point for first-time Brickell Key buyers — the price range is wider than most buildings here, and there are genuinely good 2-bedroom units available at prices that make sense for investors.
