Isola sits on the eastern edge of Brickell Key at 770 Claughton Island Drive, directly facing Biscayne Bay. Completed in 1990 by Swire Properties and designed by J. Scott Architecture, the 23-story tower contains 300 residences in one- through three-bedroom layouts. Floor plans are compact by island standards, which has historically made Isola one of the more affordable buildings on Brickell Key on a per-unit basis and a common choice for first-time island buyers and investors.

Nearly every residence has a private balcony, and the building's east-facing orientation means unobstructed water views toward Fisher Island and the Atlantic from the upper floors. Isola is positioned between Brickell Key One and St. Louis, within a short walk of the Islanders Marketplace and the island's jogging path.

Isola is underrated in the Brickell Key market. The newly-renovated pool deck — with cabanas, a mini golf course, and an observatory deck — is genuinely distinctive among the island’s older buildings, and Isola doesn’t command the premium of Asia or Carbonell, which means better relative value for buyers who appreciate the location.

If you want a building that feels more intimate than the large towers and are comfortable with more compact floor plans, Isola deserves a serious look. It’s also one of the more accessible entry points on the island for buyers priced out of the newer construction.
