Two Tequesta Point was completed in 1999 as the middle tower of the three-building Tequesta Point complex, developed by Swire Properties and designed by J. Scott Architecture. Rising 40 floors at 808 Brickell Key Drive, it contains 269 residences ranging from one to five bedrooms, with floor plans between roughly 907 and 5,097 square feet.

The building sits on the northeasternmost tip of Brickell Key, near the mouth of the Miami River, giving residences unobstructed views toward downtown Miami, Biscayne Bay, and the Atlantic. As one of the older condos on Brickell Key, Two Tequesta Point offers some of the more accessible price points on the island — without sacrificing the core Brickell Key benefits of gated security, waterfront access, and proximity to Brickell.

Two Tequesta Point is worth serious consideration for buyers who are priced out of the newer buildings but want the Brickell Key address. It’s one of the few buildings here where you can find quality units at a price-per-SF that makes investment math work.

The building is older — buyers should do a thorough review of the reserve fund, any pending special assessments, and the Milestone Inspection status (required for Florida condos over 30 years old). We always recommend a full inspection and financial due diligence on older buildings.
