Courts at Brickell Key was completed in 2002 on the western side of the island at 801 Brickell Key Boulevard, developed by Swire Properties and designed by J. Scott Architecture. The 33-story tower contains 319 residences in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, with interiors between roughly 863 and 2,701 square feet and about twelve units per floor.

Residences face the Miami River, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the Brickell skyline. Interiors were built with 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact-resistant glass, Italian cabinetry, granite countertops, marble flooring, walk-in closets, and in-unit laundry. Courts offers a broad amenity package — including tennis courts, racquetball and squash courts, and a game room — at one of the more accessible price points on Brickell Key.

Courts at Brickell Key is underappreciated relative to its price point. It doesn’t have Asia’s or Carbonell’s finish level, but the amenity package — tennis, racquetball, squash, a full fitness center — is genuinely competitive with the island’s newer towers, at a meaningfully lower entry price.
